2. The Service

Beetroot Arcade is a mobile arcade gaming platform. Users receive one free credit per day to play any game in the library. Additional credits can be earned by watching adverts or purchased through in-app purchases.

3. Credits & Purchases

• Free daily credits expire at midnight (UTC) if unused
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Credits earned from watching adverts do not expire
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
• Lifetime Pass grants unlimited play and is tied to your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, cheats, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or scores

5. Intellectual Property

All games, artwork, music, and content within Beetroot Arcade are the intellectual property of Beetroot Arcade and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Availability

We strive to keep Beetroot Arcade available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beetroot Arcade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
