Need a hand with Beetroot Arcade? Here's how to reach us and answers to the questions we get asked most. We're a small UK team and we read every message.

The fastest way to get help is by email. Tell us your device model, the version of iOS or Android you’re running, and a short description of what happened — screenshots are always welcome.

Purchases & subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) — we never see your payment details.

  • Restore a purchase: open Beetroot Arcade, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription: use your device’s subscription settings — Apple or Google Play.
  • Refunds:refunds are issued by Apple or Google under their store policies. We’re happy to help you raise a request — just get in touch.

Your progress & data

Beetroot Arcade doesn’t require an account. Your credits, streak, missions and high scores are stored locally on your device. This means:

  • Deleting the app removes your local progress, so it can’t be recovered afterwards.
  • Progress doesn’t automatically sync between devices.
  • To erase everything, delete the app or use any in-app reset option. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we store.

Common issues

  • A game won’t load or the app feels slow:fully close and reopen the app, and make sure you’re on the latest version from the App Store or Play Store.
  • Rewarded adverts aren’t appearing: ads depend on availability and your connection. Check you have an internet connection and try again shortly.
  • Leaderboards or Game Center aren’t working:make sure Game Center is enabled in your device settings and that you’re signed in.
